An opportunity to further develop your teaching skills and deepen your knowledge of yoga. This is a unique experience for personalized continuing education. Our program gives you an in depth study of yoga philosophy and asana with variations and modifications to accommodate every body. This will also include yoga therapy, safe and effective sequencing, yoga philosophy and the business of yoga.
The program has flexible schedule and will include:
Private Mentorship Sessions
You will meet with Danielle for a discussion sessions. We will discuss your goals of the program and create a personalized outline that may include reading or writing assignments relevant to your goals.
Asana Practice
You will develop are personal asana practice as well as take group classes with approved teachers. Asana/Adjustment Clinics may be scheduled
Observation / Assist
You will observe an approved teachers class and have a brief discussion afterwards to answer any questions that may have arisen regarding sequencing, assists, etc. Based on your personalized goals we will suggest teachers for you to observe.
Practice Teaching
Towards the end of the program, you will have an opportunity to teach two full-length classes. Danielle will observe and provide feedback.
Personal Study
Danielle will assign you reading and writing projects to complete, custom-tailored based on your personal intentions and what your mentor deems most appropriate for you.
Prerequisites
This program is open to those who:
- Have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program (or equivalent)
- Personal Interview

- If you have not already done so, it is recommended you take David Keil’s online anatomy class.
